Room with standard decoration. Double bed, smart TV, Brastemp mini-bar, private bathroom with electric showers. This category is the most economical but does not lose any comfort. Ideal for those who want to spend more time walking around the city and have a clean and comfortable place to sleep. We have excellent linen and bath towels, as well as soaps.
Triple room
Rustic decoration with original solid bricks. It has a double bed and a single bed, Brastemp mini bar, smart TV and private bathroom with electric shower. We have excellent linen and bath towels, as well as soaps.

Important Information
Check-in is done at 2pm and check-out at 11am. Breakfast is not included, and we do not have parking. There are several parking lots within walking distance of the suites, as well as a bakery under the building.
We offer a full shared kitchen for your convenience.
We have daily maid service, and for longer stays the room is cleaned every other day.
We do not have a 24-hour reception service. Your check-in will take place after contacting us via whatsapp where you will be given the electronic gateway password to enter the building and the lockbox password to get your room key. If you need any help or directions to get to know the city, don’t worry, we provide 24h assistance via whatsapp. The access is made exclusively by stairs.

The payment can be made by PIX, credit card via link from the mercado pago (card fees are charged separately) or cash/deposit. For reservations, a 50% down payment is always required.
